Of course, some machines like weights benches allow you to work all 3 muscles at the same time, so you will find body building equipment for building up the muscles of the forearm, biceps and triceps.
To recap: do not forget that the arm muscles are small muscles, and they should be treated carefully, 4 to 6 repetitions of exercises are sufficient.
