Vibrating plates exercises for shoulders
Shoulders are a body part to tone up or to muscle!
Exercise 1
- Hands in the straps,palms facing downward
- Wristbands making a straight line with the forearms
- Raise your arms slightly bent forward
- Not to lift your arms higher than the bust-line

- elbows in close positions with flexion to 90°
