Vibrating plates exercises for shoulders

Shoulders are a body part to tone up or to muscle!

Exercise 1

Shoulders exercises for vibrating plates
  • Legs slightly spread
  • Hands in the straps,palms facing downward
  • Wristbands making a straight line with the forearms
  • Raise your arms slightly bent forward
  • Not to lift your arms higher than the bust-line

Exercise 2

  • tips of fingers pointing forwards
  • feet on the ground
  • trunk near the platform
  • elbows in close positions with flexion to 90°

This position allows work with shoulders and triceps simultaneously, this an alternation with exercise 2

  • flex elbows backwards bringing them closer to the shoulders

  • Perpendiculars shoulders from the hands
  • Flexed Hands
  • Put the weight of body on  shoulders
