Classics vibrating plate exercises
This a classic exercise of vibrating platform standing on the vibrating plate, this position works effectively lower body.
Each different angle that your legs will take, it will different work and a muscle toning highest, lowest, more before, more behind each position works very differently.
Exercise 32
- feet widthwise hips
- knees flexion : to 150° for Calf raise to 100° for Calf raise deep
- knees don't exceed the toes
- lifting platform heels
- contract abdominal muscle
- straight back
- pointed chin

- Feet widthwise hips
- slight knees flexion : to 150° for squat, 90° for squat deep
- knees don't exceed toes
