Classics vibrating plate exercises

This a classic exercise of vibrating platform standing on the vibrating plate, this position works effectively lower body.

Each different angle that your legs will take, it will different work and a muscle toning highest, lowest, more before, more behind each position works very differently.

Exercise 32

  • feet widthwise hips
  • knees flexion : to 150° for Calf raise to 100° for Calf raise deep
  • knees don't exceed the toes
  • lifting platform heels
  • contract abdominal muscle
  • straight back
  • pointed chin

Thigh and calf

  • Feet widthwise hips
  • slight knees flexion : to 150° for squat, 90° for squat deep
  • knees don't exceed toes
